Janggalay Means Free-Spirited and Easy-Living!!
We believe in great design and natural products. Products that are modern and relaxing for you, your family and your home. Wherever possible we try to exclude toxins from our environment and wanted the homewares we live with to support this idea as well. However, it wasn't easy to find them all in one place. That is why we opened Janggalay Homewares! Natural homewares and natural living.
Janggalay is an Aboriginal word meaning “free-spirit” originating from the beautiful North Coast of NSW. It is a word that describes the products and the environment that we hope to nurture and support when you choose to buy from Janggalay.
We aim to provide products that are organic, eco friendly, sustainably sourced, provide ethical income streams for developing communities, are handmade, help people live sustainably and recycle, provide fair trade opportunities for disadvantaged communities and groups and wherever possible are biodegradable.
We love modern, natural and feel good homewares and gifts and hope you love our collection. We update our range regularly and buy from many sources both locally, internationally and from individual artists.
Many of our products are made from wool, hemp, organic cotton, recycled stainless steel, jute, sisal, bamboo, recycled glass, stone, marble, sustainably sourced horn and bone, paper, rattan, sustainably sourced woods, linens, silk, organic cotton, bamboo and flax linen.
We love to help our customers find that special piece and we source for wedding stylists, real estate stylists, restaurants and hotels. If you are looking for that special something don’t hesitate to contact us for a chat email@example.com
