Delivery
- At Janggalay we offer Australia wide delivery via Fastway or Australia Post depending on the item purchased and your location.
- We also ship to New Zealand.
- Please provide a contact phone number (preferably during work hours) in case we need to contact you regarding your delivery.
- Every item is quality checked prior to sending to our customers.
- We pack all products personally. We do not use drop shippers or third party distribution centres.
- We ship as soon as possible, usually everyday except weekends and public holidays.
- Sometimes breakages and damage can occur to products in transit. If your item arrives damaged please let us know within 24 hours so we can find a solution. A refund or a replacement will be offered if the goods arrive damaged. All shipping costs will be refunded in this situation.
- Shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind but we are happy to refund the purchase price once the item is returned in good order.
- We are happy to exchange products for change of mind however please note that the customer pays for shipping costs for change of mind purchases returned.
- Please note - free shipping does not include large furniture items.
